KEF XIO & Subwoofer Cashback Promotion 2026 – Terms and Conditions

 

 

Customers who purchase qualifying new KEF products (specified in Section 3.1 below) between 7 May 2026 and 2 July 2026  are eligible for a cash back promotion subject to the terms below.

 

1 - DEFINITIONS

1.1 “Claim”: The claim form submitted by the Participant in accordance with Section 5.6.1 and the rest of these terms and conditions;

1.2 “Participant”: Any individual end customer that meets the criteria specified in Section 4.1, as further described in that section.

1.3 “Promotion”: The offer by KEF of up to £200 cash back to Participants if they purchase any of the Qualifying Products .

1.4 “Promotion Period”: The period between and including 7 May 2026 and 2 July 2026.

1.5 “Qualifying Products”: The new KEF products specified in Section 3.1.

 

2 - THE PROMOTER

2.1 The promoter is GP Acoustics (UK) Limited, Eccleston Road, Tovil, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6QP, England, United Kingdom (“KEF”). The Promotion will be processed by Benamic, IDA Business &, Technology Park, Ring Road, Kilkenny, Ireland (“Executing Agency”).

2.2 KEF reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2.3 By registering and submitting a Claim, the Participant consents to being bound by these terms and conditions (the “Promotion Terms”).

 

3 – THE PROMOTION

3.1 The Promotion applies to the following “Qualifying Products” which must be purchased in “new” condition:

  • XIO
  • Kube 8 MIE
  • Kube 10 MIE
  • Kube 12 MIE
  • KC62

3.2 The cash back to be awarded by this Promotion is as follows:

4 - PARTICIPANTS

4.1 This Promotion is only open to end customers who meet the following criteria:

4.1.1  reside in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France or Luxembourg;

4.1.2 have purchased a Qualifying Product below during the Promotion Period; and

4.1.3  are 18 years of age or older, together the “Participant”.

4.2 KEF will not accept any Claims:

4.2.1 from resellers or commercial third parties (whether submitted standalone or on behalf of their customers) as all Participants must be individual consumers;

4.2.2 that are automatically generated by computer, chatbots or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to ChatGPT or similar software applications);

4.2.3 that are completed in bulk;

4.2.4 that are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or

4.2.5 that are incomplete.

4.3 In registering and submitting a Claim for the Promotion, Participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and are in compliance with these Promotion Terms. KEF may require Participants to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Promotion. KEF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Participants and/or to exclude Participants at its sole discretion where a Participant cannot demonstrate their eligibility or if Participant has, or KEF reasonably believes they have, acted fraudulently or not in accordance with these Promotion Terms.

 

5 - HOW TO PARTICIPATE

5.1 The Promotion is open to Participants who purchase:

5.1.1 a Qualifying Product;

5.1.2 in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, United Kingdom, Switzerland, France or Luxembourg;

5.1.3 from an “Authorised Dealer”, being uk.kef.com, de.kef.com, fr.kef.com, nl.kef.com, KEF Music Gallery London, via the KEF Store on Amazon or authorised KEF retailers listed here; and

5.1.4 within the Promotion Period; and

5.1.5 who submit a Claim on or between 6 June 2026 and 19 August 2026 (the “Claim Window”).

5.2 For the purpose of determining whether the purchase has been made within the Promotion Period, the date of purchase shall be the invoice date of the purchase receipt, or in the case of orders placed online, the order date confirmed by the Authorised Dealer.

5.3 A Claim may not be made until at least thirty (30) days have elapsed since the date of purchase of the Qualifying Product.

5.4 The Promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished, reconditioned stock or products, nor for any models not listed in these Promotion Terms or any other KEF products that are purchased from anyone other than an Authorised Dealer, i.e; Amazon, eBay etc.

5.5 Each Participant may submit a Claim for the Promotion for a maximum of one (1) Qualifying XIO Soundbar Product and one (1) Qualifying Subwoofer Product within the Promotion Period.

5.6 In order to participate in the Promotion, Participants must, during the Promotion Period:

5.6.1 register the Qualifying Product by submitting a claim form (“Claim”) available at https://kef-promotion.com/;

5.6.2 ensure that the Claim is fully completed and correct; and

5.6.3 submit the Claim together with the required proof of purchase.

5.7 Participants will be asked to provide their full name, their bank details, the address of the participating Authorised Dealer and proof of purchase. Proof of purchase will be a clear photograph or scanned legible copy of the receipt (if the Qualifying Product is purchased in person from a retail store) or order confirmation and invoice (if the Qualifying Product is purchased from an online retail store) and the serial number of the Qualifying Product. Any receipt or invoice should clearly show the retailer name, date of purchase, product name and purchase price.

5.8 Participants should complete and submit a Claim themselves, but if they need assistance, other individuals may complete the Claim form on their behalf, provided that they have the Participant’s consent to do so and provide the Participant’s details as purchaser of the Qualifying Product.

5.9 Subject to compliance with these Promotion Terms, KEF will deliver the specific cashback via bank transfer (e.g. BACS), within 28 days after the successful validation of each Participant’s Claim by KEF.

 

6 – CASH BACK

6.1 The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash amounts. Amounts will only be paid via bank transfer (e.g. BACS).

6.2 Where the cash back payment constitutes a taxable benefit, the tax liability lies with the Participant. Similarly, if the bank charges the Participant upon receipt of the cash back amount, such charges will be payable by the Participant, and KEF will have no further liability once the cash back has been sent by them.

6.3 In the event that the Participant returns the Qualifying Product to the Authorised Dealer, the Participant will not be entitled to claim cash back and any Claim will be thereafter dismissed. For the avoidance of doubt this clause does not prohibit in any way the Participant’s right to exercise their applicable statutory rights to return products.

 

7 - DATA

7.1 Upon registration, the Participant will provide personal data such as name, address, bank details etc., which is stored and processed by KEF and Benamic for the purpose of administering this Promotion. The Participant can object to the use of their personal data at any time by notifying Benamic (unsubscribe-kef@promotion-support.com) and/or KEF (kef@promotion-support.com). Note that if the Participant does so prior to receiving their cash back, KEF may not be able to fulfil their Promotion.

8 - DISCLAIMER

8.1 No responsibility will be accepted by KEF for Claims lost, delayed or for those Claims not received within the Promotion Period.

8.2 Claims will be disqualified if incomplete or illegible. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient details are provided for Claims to be processed.

8.3 KEF is not liable for any costs incurred by the Participant relating to the Promotion.

8.4 KEF shall not be liable for any delayed Claims of any nature with regard to this Promotion.

8.5 KEF shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil the Promotion where such failure is caused by any circumstances beyond KEF’s reasonable control and/or events which, without the fault of KEF or the Participant, render performance of the Promotion impossible.

8.6 KEF reserves the right to reject any Claim that does not comply with these Promotion Terms or where KEF has reasonable grounds to believe that the Claim is fraudulent, abusive or otherwise invalid. KEF may amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage Participants.

 

9 - JURISDICTION

These Promotion Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the country in which the Participant has purchased the Qualifying Product and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Promotion Terms must be submitted to, and handled by, the courts of that country.
